North Beach real estate 2016 sales and home sales throughout the Long Beach Island real estate market were strong. North Beach saw a higher than average sales price than the average price of a single-family home in the Long Beach Island real estate market which is not surprising as North Beach tends to be one of the more expensive areas in the LBI real estate market.

North Beach Real Estate 2016 Sales

Sales of single-family homes in the North Beach real estate market are broken down as follows:

  • There were 22 closed transactions in North Beach.
  • The average price of a single-family home was $1,329,011.
  • The median sales price was $980,750.
  • On average, homes spent 162 days on the market and sold for 95.49% of their listing price.

The most expensive home to sell was 1061 – C Long Beach Boulevard which was a five bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom home built in 2003. This 4000 square-foot home sold for $4,400,000 after spending 76 days on the market. This translates to a price per square foot of $1100 and represents 93.72% of the listing price. The least expensive home was 2 Sherwood Lane which was a four bedroom two bathroom home with 1200 feet of living space. This home sold for $560,000 after spending 197 days on the market. This represents a sale price to list price ratio of 94.92%.
