Sales of homes in Peahala Park continued to be impacted by Hurricane Sandy, however sales did improve. The bayside areas of Peahala Park have seen a massive rebuilding phase as storm damaged homes are being torn down to make way for impressive new construction. While there was only one sale in Peahala Park during this time period, it was the most expensive sale year to date. Peahala Park Real Estate Sales in the Second Quarter of 2013 reflect the general trend of improvement in the LBI real estate market.

Peahala Park Real Estate Sales in the Second Quarter of 2013

There was only one single family home home sold during the second quarter. The property, 102 E. Oceanview Drive, was a six bedroom oceanblock home that sold for $814,500 after spending 143 days on the market. The fact that no storm damaged home sold during this time period shows how some buyers are looking for move in ready homes in a good location.
