LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update April 4th 2020: The LBI real estate market saw good activity today. There were several closings today which is a good sign for the market. 18 new listings entered the market
16 listings went under contact
12 properties sold on Long Beach Island
17 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market
2 properties came back on the market for sale

The LBI real estate market continues to be slower than average thanks to the coronavirus. Overtime things should stabilize and it good that we have seen pending and closed sales taking place. There is opportunity in every market and there certainly is here as well.
