LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update April 4th 2020: The LBI real estate market saw good activity today. There were several closings today which is a good sign for the market. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market.   • 18 new listings entered the market

  • 16 listings went under contact

  • 12 properties sold on Long Beach Island

  • 17 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market

  • 2 properties came back on the market for sale
