LBI Real Estate Market Update: September 23, 2026
The Long Beach Island real estate market had an active day on September 23, 2026, particularly in the higher-end segment of the market.
Three new properties came on the market with asking prices of $2,649,000, $3,350,000, and $3,500,000. Two of these new listings offer five bedrooms and more than 2,900 square feet of living space, continuing the steady flow of luxury homes available to LBI buyers.
There was also movement among existing inventory. Two properties priced at $2.75 million returned to active status, giving buyers additional options. In Beach Haven, a property listed for $399,000 moved to Active Under Contract, indicating another buyer moving forward with a purchase.
One of the more interesting changes involved 2 E 47th Street in Long Beach Township. The property was previously listed at $3,495,000 and returned as a new active listing at $3,350,000, a reduction of $145,000.
