 2021 brought intense demand and limited inventory across the LBI real estate market. North Beach Haven’s real estate market experienced especially strong competition and record pricing. Overall, 2021 was a very busy year in the Long Beach Island real estate sales market, and one that saw some very strong buyer activity.
