2023 re‑accelerated pricing in North Beach Haven even as transactions stayed lean. Buyers prioritized turnkey condition and A‑tier locations, driving $/SqFt to four figures. Low inventory remained the hallmark of the LBI real estate market, and it was certainly the case in the North Beach Haven real estate market as well. This lower inventory inevitably led to fewer sales throughout the LBI real estate market.
