It was another balanced day of real estate market activity on Long Beach Island and in the 08008 zip code. We have started to see a few more new listings, which is welcomed news for buyers in the LBI real estate market. The activity was as follows for August 7th 2023:

For the last few days, we have seen a few more new listings come on the market. While inventory levels are still incredibly low, any new listings are a help for buyers in the LBI real estate market.
