The Long Beach Island real estate sales market saw balanced activity today. As the year closes out, it looks to be the trend of a roughly equal number of new listings and pending sales each day on LBI. This is a healthy market and one that will offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers alike.

Once again we did not see any price reductions in the LBI real estate market which would invite the conclusion that the “overpriced” homes have left the market. Now, it looks like we are in a more balanced and stable sales market where the majority of sellers have priced their home in accordance with the current market (which is still very high).
