It was another balanced day in the LBI real estate sales market. This seems to be the new trend of 2022 and, most likely, 2023. There have been an almost equal number of new listings and pending sales each day, and today was no exception!

It is very helpful to track buyer activity if you are looking to buy, sell or invest in the Long Beach Island real estate sales market. A balanced market is perhaps the best-case scenario, and that seems to be where we have settled, at least for now. Once notable change, we have seen price reductions drop significantly. There were between 5 and 20 price drops each week for a short time.
