Sales of single-family homes in North Beach Haven were as follows:

  • Two homes sold
  • The average price for a single-family home in North Beach Haven was $1,638,000
  • Homes spent an average of 78 days on the market

The two homes sold in North Beach Haven were 13 E. 16th St., a five bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom Oceanside home which sold for $826,000 after spending 71 days on the market and 1912 Bay Ter., which was a five bedroom for a half bathroom bayfront estate selling for $2,450,000 after spending just 84 days on the market. The fact that two very different homes sold shows the diversity of the buyer looking to invest on Long Beach Island.
