The second quarter of 2014 saw no real estate transactions in Beach Haven Crest, despite the vast improvement in the overall LBI real estate market. When looking at real estate sales of an individual section of Long Beach Township, it is important to remember that we do often see quarters with no closed transactions. There was still interest for homes in Beach Haven Crest as there were pending sales (which will translate to closed transactions next quarter). While Beach Haven Crest Real Estate Sales in the Second Quarter of 2014 lagged, the overall market on Long Beach Island improved.

Sales of single family homes on Long Beach Island showed steady activity and an improved average price.
