The third quarter has shown to be the best quarter to date in the LBI real estate market for the past several years. The number of homes that have sold and the average sales price are both significantly higher. As most of LBI is now back to normal, buyer confidence has been increasing and the results speak for themselves when looking at Beach Haven Park and LBI Real Estate Sales in the Third Quarter of 2014.

Sales of single family homes in Beach Haven Park are as follows:

  • Five homes sold

  • The average price of a single family home was $893,000

  • On average, homes spent 121 days on the market.

Hideaway Bay, a semi-private development on the bayside and bayfront in Beach Haven Park, stole the show with three of the five sales taking place in this community. Sale prices range from a low of $645,000 to a high of $1,250,000.
