The Brighton Beach NJ real estate market saw a major increase in activity and home prices in 2020. Thanks in large part to demand from COVID, buyers rushed to purchase homes on Long Beach Island. There were a total of 12 closed single-family homes in Brighton Beach, which is twice the number as there were in 2019. The average price of a single-family home was $1,222,833, which is about 10% higher than the prior year. Homes spent an average of 68 days on the market and sold for 96.2% of their listing price.
