While there were fewer sales in the Brighton Beach real estate market, and on Long Beach Island in general, this has to do with fewer homes being for sale. Demand was very strong in 2021 and the average price of single-family home saw a significant increase. The average price of a single-family home in the Brighton Beach real estate market was $1,383,500 and the average time on the market was 19 days. On average, homes sold for 99.5% of the listing price.
