While coronavirus is still very much on the minds of buyers, sellers and investors, we are starting to see some stability return to the LBI real estate market. LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

The changes made to the LBI marketplace today were by and large positive. New inventory came on the market, something we need, and a closing took place. Perhaps most importantly, no deals fell apart and came back on the market. This has been an important gauge for me and the fact that it has lessened so much is a very good sign.
