Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update August 16th 2023

It was another busy day in the LBI real estate sales market. As we have been seeing, the market was in nearly perfect balance. Week by week we see a comparative number of new listings and pending sales take place. While this shows the strength of the LBI real estate market, it does little to help the low level of homes for sale on Long Beach Island. Market activity was as follow for August 16th 2023:

As I mentioned above, there was near balance in the LBI real estate market today. To be fair, one of the new listings was actually a re-listing of a home that was pulled from the market today. Therefore, there were really 3 new listings and 3 pending sales, so the actual number of homes for sale on LBI remained unchanged!
