The LBI real estate sales market saw strong activity today. There were 2 new listings, one of which was a commercial listing. We have seen a higher-than-average number of commercial real estate be listed for sale over the past few weeks. It is difficult to guess the reason, but perhaps some businesses fear poor economic news and the threat of a recession. There was also a commercial transaction that closed today, so some buyers still have confidence in the commercial market! Today's activity is as follows in the Long Beach Island real estate market.
