There were a total of 5 changes to the Long Beach Island NJ real estate sale market today, 3 new listings and 2 listings that were taken off the market temporarily (they will likely be relisted after the first of the year). We have seen a slight increase in listings on LBI over the past two weeks, but overall we have seen an equal number of new homes and pending sales. Yet another commercial listing entered into the MLS today continues an unusual trend of commercial listing activity in the LBI real estate market.
