Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update February 15th 2023

The LBI real estate market saw strong activity on February 15th 2023. There was a balanced mix of new listings, pending sales and closed transactions. Balance seems to be the current trend with inventory remaining low, and new listings being absorbed by eager buyers as they come along. Activity was as follows:

  • 2 new listings came up for sale in the LBI real estate market

  • 3 homes went under contract on LBI

  • 2 homes sold on Long Beach Island

  • 2 homes saw a price reduction in the LBI real estate market
