The LBI real estate market saw 11 changes, but 4 of these changes were repeated. There were a higher than average number of new listings, but 2 of these were homes that were pulled from the market and relisted the same day.

There was some unusual activity in the sense that two listings were canceled and immediately re-listed. So while there were 5 new listings, there were really only 3 "new" listings on the market. Over the past few days, we have seen a small increase in the number of homes for sale on Long Beach Island. This is a welcome relief to the inventory-starved LBI real estate market, but the number of homes for sale is still trending at historic lows.
