The LBI real estate market saw an increase in activity, and much of that was new listings. That said, several of the "new" listings are not really new but rather homes that were on the market previously and expired in the MLS. They have now been re-listed to appear new.

So far, 2023 has been a steady year in the LBI real estate sales market. We have seen a few new listings and a few pending sales. This continues the trend we saw in the final months of 2022 with a balanced market. Buyers continue to remain active, and new listings are absorbed rather quickly (although slower than there were at the height of the market back in June and July).
