Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update July 11th 2024
The activity in today's LBI real estate market update showed several new listings and two closed sales. Interestingly enough, there were no pending sales today! Pending sales have been low this week in the LBI real estate market, but this is not really a bad thing. Inventory has been slow, and pending sales have been outpacing new listings for a few weeks. This will give inventory a chance to catch up and give buyers some new options! Activity in today's Long Beach Island real estate market update is as follows:
