Today's LBI real estate market update showed very limited activity with no pending sales. The Long Beach Island real estate market did produce two new listings today, one of which was relisted after having been pulled from the market. While it was a quiet day on Long Beach Island, there are still useful insights to be taken from today's market update. The activity was as follows:
