Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update June 6th 2024
It was another busy day in the LBI real estate market. While this Long Beach Island real estate market update has about half as many changes as yesterday's, the activity still points to some consistency in the current market trends. We are still seeing a high number of pending home sales, and inventory continues to remain low. Unfortunately, only one house came on the market today, so there was little help in the number of homes for sale on Long Beach Island. Activity in the LBI real estate market was as follows for today:

The activity in the LBI real estate market was spread out today. A nice home was listed on the bayside in Ship Bottom for under $1,250,000, and the three pending sales were all under $3,000,000, including an oceanfront home in Beach Haven Park. One of the sold homes in today's LBI real estate market update was under $1,000,000! This shows that there still exists a wide range of options for home buyers on Long Beach Island. Today, June 6th, 2024, marks the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings in France, which helped to end the Second World War. We should all take a moment to remember the enormous sacrifices made by so many young individuals in service of our great nation that day.
