LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update March 25th 2020: Activity picked up quite a bit today in tandem with the second positive day in a row for the stock market since early February! LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis

It was a good day for the LBI real estate market. We saw a pending sale, which is a good sign in the current climate, we saw two closings take place, which shows buyers are still committed and we saw two new listings, which helps with the low inventory levels. We DIDN'T see any homes come back on the market which is perhaps the best news as it shows buyers are not killing deals.
