Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update May 31st 2024
The month of May ended on a very strong note with one of the most active days we have seen in recent memory! There were a total of 19 changes to the MLS today! The activity was concentrated on new listings and pending home sales on LBI. There were several new listings and several pending sales to balance things out. Long Beach Island real estate market activity was as follows today:

It is interesting that one of the most active days in the LBI real estate market was comprised almost entirely of new lsitngs and pending sales-and that those two numbers balanced each other out! The positive is most of the new listings have not previously been on the market, so fresh inventory is always a welcomed change for home buyers in the LBI real estate market. Clearly, demand is still strong, and buyers are active on Long Beach Island. Tomorrow is the first day of June, which means Summer 2024 is about to kick off on Long Beach Island New Jersey!
