The week started off on a very busy note. There were a higher-than-average number of pending sales today. This is not surprising as we saw a slight increase in the number of homes for sale on Long Beach Island last week. With this new inventory, it is expected that buyers who have been active in the market will jump on the new opportunities as they present themselves. Sales for the LBI real estate market today were as follows:
