Today's LBI real estate marketupdate for October 2nd, 2024, is a mix of activity but no new listings. The inventory of homes for sale in the Long Beach Island real estate market has been increasing over the past few weeks, which is typical for this time of year. It is a break from the past few weeks of activity to see no new homes come on the market! The activity was as follows:

While inventory has increased in the LBI real estate market, the number of homes for sale on Long Beach Island is still historically very low.
