Happy first day of Summer 2023! Even though today was stormy, windy, and rainy, it is officially summer on Long Beach Island. The LBI real estate sales market agreed with the "summer fever", as it showed an enormous number of pending sales today. Buyer activity is clearly strong, and a correctly priced home will sell in the LBI real estate market. This further reduces the already low number of homes for sale. Currently, there are only 117 active single-family homes for sale on Long Beach Island, and it is a safe bet that a portion of them have an offer or are in contract already.
