LBI Real Estate Market Update March 6th 2019 The Long Beach Island real estate market saw steady activity today. There were 2 new listings to come on the market, one for $629,000 and another for $950,000. One home, a duplex, saw a price reduction and one listing expired in the MLS. Two homes went under contract and there was one closing for $1,262,500 Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.

It is interesting to note that the homes that went under contract were rather high prices. One was listed for $849,000 and the other was a new construction oceanfront listed for $3,299,000.
