Overall activity was very strong in the LBI real estate market today. The real highlight of the day's activity was the high number of expired listings. That is usually common for the end of a quarter but in total there were 15 listings removed from the sale market today. Pending and closed sales were both looking good so we will see how the rest of 2019 plays out.
