Today we saw a lot of new inventory come on the market-and much of it was truly new (not a re-listed home). The increase in inventory as we come into the summer months is a good thing for the overall market. The average price of a new listing today was about $990,000 which tends to be the average and median price for a home on Long Beach Island.
