Yesterday we saw 12 price reductions and today only 3. This normalization of the market is common and healthy. While we do expect to see more price drops this time of year, too many could indicate trouble in the LBI real estate market. This does not seem to be the case as transactions are taking place in all areas of the Long Beach Island market.
