We have seen far fewer price reductions lately. This is interesting for this time of year which is customarily slower. It could be that sellers are confident in the market, something supported by the strong year in sales we have had thus far, and therefore are willing to wait longer before dropping their price. Overall activity has been steady and signs point to it staying that way in the nearterm at least.
