LBI NJ Real Estate Sales Market Update November 19th. Things slowed down a lot in the Long Beach Island Real Estate market today. There were only 6 changes today, roughly a third of what we saw transact yesterday. There were 1 new listings, 2 price reductions, 0 pending sale and 1 closing today. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.
