LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 06-09-2024 to 06-16-2024: There were only 45 changes to the Long Beach Island real estate market this week, making it one of the slower weeks we have recently seen. While overall activity was slower, there were more new listings than pending sales, which is welcomed news for buyers. This LBI real estate market update favors buyers! There were more new listings than there were pending sales, which is obviously good news, but there were also a high number of price drops.
