LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 08/13/2023-08/20/2023: It was a busy week in the LBI real estate market with nearly 50 changes to the MLS. A larger percentage of this activity was in the form of new listings, which is happy new for buyers in the LBI real estate market. You can review all the active, pending, sold, and withdrawn listings that are or were for sale on Long Beach Island in the given time frame. To give a quick summary:

  • 18 new listings entered the market with an average price of $1,644,225

  • 8 listings went under contract with an average listing price of about $1,662,125

  • 6 properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $1,528,182

  • 4 listings saw price reductions in the LBI real estate market and one home increased in price
