It was a busy week in the LBI real estate market, and while there were more listings than pending sales, each week has seen a steady trend of homes selling and going under contract. Confidence remains high in the market, as highlighted by the most expensive listing I have seen in the Long Beach Island real estate market, a massive tract of land in Harvey Cedars for $21,000,000! There are 131 active listings in the MLS this week and 62 pending sales.
