LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 12-17-2023 to 12/24/2023: It was Christmas on Long Beach Island this week (which is why my weekly report is a couple of days late), and the market was very quiet, as is to be expected for this time of year. As 2023 comes to a close, we can expect low activity levels...but that will most likely change in the next few weeks. January and February are typically busy months in the market, and with data looking strong, there is no reason to think this year will be different.
