The LBI real estate market continued to show its strength as we get ever closer to the summer season. Buyer activity is still strong, even though things typically slow down a little bit this time of year. Activity in the Long Beach Island real estate sales market for today was as follows:

The number of homes for sale in the 08008 zip code is still very low, and unfortunately, today did nothing to really help that! While there were 2 new listings today, there were also 2 pending sales, so the net gain to the market was zero. It is interesting to note that BOTH of the pending sales today were waterfront homes.
