The LBI real estate market saw a rather high amount of activity today. There were more pending sales than new listings, and once again, we saw a commercial property listed for sale. Over the past week, we have seen a higher-than-average number of commercial listings come on the market. This is worth mentioning since commercial real estate tends to be a slower segment of the LBI real estate sales market.

The LBI real estate market has seen a surge in interest and activity. Part of this can be explained by interest rates falling. Over the past couple of weeks, rates have generally fallen, and it is likely that some buyers who were hesitating are now acting! Inventory has dropped to about 120 single family homes for sale on Long Beach Island.
