Memorial Weekend is in full effect with lots of people visiting Long Beach Island. The LBI real estate market was, expectedly, slow today for pending sales as real estate is most likely not on the forefront of many people's minds this weekend! There were many showings throughout the LBI real estate market, but it is doubtful that we will see much transact until next week. Activity was as follows for today:

This reverses the activity we have seen for the past few days with a higher number of pending sales and closed transactions in the Long Beach Island real estate market. These trends speak to the balance we see on LBI with a roughly equal number of new listings and pending sales each week.
