After intense competition in the preceding years, 2023 brought a period of normalization to the LBI real estate market. Loveladies real estate remained a sought-after community, but buyers grew more selective, and bidding intensity tapered off. Even with slight softening, values stayed historically high, supported by low turnover and enduring demand for high-quality properties.
