The third quarter of real estate sales on Long Beach Island saw some of the strongest activity since 2006! Overall, sales of single family home increased as did the average price of a home on LBI. while Third Quarter Real Estate Sales in the Dunes in 2014 did not register any closed transactions, it is not at all uncommon to see small sections of Long Beach Township see little activity in a given quarter...even when overall market activity is higher!
