It was a very quiet day in the LBI real estate market today. This is not uncommon on the weekend, though. Typically a lot of activity takes place during the week rather than on Saturday or Sunday.

- 0 homes sold on Long Beach Island
- 1 home saw a price reduction in the LBI real estate market

Once again (for the third day in a row), no new listings came on the market. Two listings did leave the market which only worsens the already low inventory levels in the LBI real estate market. That said, the holiday season is typically a slower season for new listings anyway, and I expect we will see the level of homes for sale on Long Beach Island increase after the new year.
