Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update September 27th 2023

Today was an active day in the Long Beach Island NJ real estate sales market. There was a mix of new listings and pending sale, and while inventory remains low, several new homes came on the market today. Buyers still have to contend with lower than usual inventory, but the fall listing season has proven to once again give the LBI real estate market some new listings to consider. Activity for today was as follows:

  • 6 new listings came up for sale in the LBI real estate market
  • 5 homes went under contract on LBI
  • 0 homes sold on Long Beach Island
  • 2 homes saw a price reduction in the LBI real estate market

Today there were 6 new listings and 5 pending sales, so there was only a new gain on of 1 new home for sale in the LBI real estate market. That said, a gain is still a gain, and even this small increase is another option for a home buyer on Long Beach Island to consider.
