Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update June 11th 2024
Today's LBI real estate daily market Update for June 11th 2024 showed strong activity with ten changes to the MLS. Almost half of the day's activity was in the form of pending sales. High numbers of pending sales seem to be the current trend, with the past few weeks seeing a surge in homes going under contract. New listings have been coming on the market, but not enough to replenish the rapidly falling inventory in the Long Beach Island real estate market.

The activity was spread across the board, and some reasonably priced homes came up for sale in the LBI real estate market. We are still seeing buyers enter into transactions at different price points, something highlighted in today's LBI real estate market update. There was a pending sale for $169,900, another for $999,000, one in the mid $2,000,000's, and another at $7,000,000! With some wide spreads in the price points of each home, it is clear that while inventory levels in the LBI real estate market are still low, there are options available!
