LBI Real Estate Market Update March 8th 2019 The LBI real estate market saw a lot of activity but much of it was repetitive action to the same listing. For example there was a side by side condo that was listed as a new listing three different ways. There were a total of 5 new listings to enter the market however 3 of these were the same listing. Therefore there were only 3 new individual listings. The average price of a new listing was $1,200,000. No homes went under contract however there were two closings today. One was an interval ownership property and the other a single family that traded for $869,000. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.

LBI Real Estate Market Update March 8th 2019: The market had another strong day overall. While there were no pending sales, new inventory came on or back on the market. One home, a new build on the oceanblock, saw a significant price increase which is an interesting move given the house has only been on the market 24 days.
